Centrally located, strategic location. Clean rooms with daily sheet and towel changes. Respectful guests and friendly staff. Helpful with tour arrangements and motorbike rentals. Cheaper and better laundry service. Lovely staff who assist with translating messages. Great value hotel with well-appointed rooms. Excellent customer service from staff.

Was here for Easter and had a great value stay. Centrally located, easy to access key locations. Rooms are well kept and in great condition. the best aspect is the staff, they were very friendly and accommodating. the laundry service was cheap and efficient. the towels and sheets were always fresh and clean.
The basement restaurant/kitchen was a bit smelly and the odor seeped into the common areas but not the rooms. Nothing to complain about other than that.

The hotel is well-located with strategic surroundings such as restaurants and shops. Rooms are neat and well maintained; Housekeeping replaced towels and sheets daily. Friendly staff members are always ready to assist with tour arrangements as well as renting motorbikes. the laundry service is cheap and of high quality.
According to some reviews, the distinct aroma of the hotel's restaurant, located beneath the hotel, can be detected in common areas, but not in the rooms.

The hotel was a great value for the price we paid. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist us with whatever we needed. We loved the central location of the hotel, which made it easy for us to explore the city. the room was always clean, and the sheets and towels were changed every day, which made our stay very comfortable.
The only downside that we experienced was the smell of the kitchen, especially in the common areas. It did not affect our sleep or our room, but it was noticeable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The centrally located hotel had clean rooms, excellent facilities for parking and transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided the best customer service. the hotel's breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed every bite!
Nothing that I didn't like.
